For those preferring to fly with a commercial air carrier; Northwest Airlines, Air Canada and West Jet all fly into Thunder Bay.

For the remaining trek from Thunder Bay you can rent a vehicle at the airport or a local limo service (please contact us for more information) will pick you up at the airport and drop you off at our door. This limo service has a variety of vehicle sizes capable of transporting groups of any size and in most cases they are less costly than renting a vehicle.

Let us know if you plan to fly and we will get you in touch with companies who offer great rates and specialize in transporting passengers to Canadian lodges and camps.

Armstrong also has an airport available to those planning to arrive by private or charter aircraft.

For those flying commercial airlines, arriving on private aircraft or not wanting to pack bulky items, we have a large supply of most commonly needed items such as life jackets, landing nets, coolers of all sizes, freshly laundered sleeping bags, etc. available for you use at no charge.

For those arriving the day or evening before flying in to one of our camps, we have 2 fully modern guest cabins at the seaplane base overlooking the lake. Please contact us for rates and availability.

We will also shop for your groceries and refreshments if you desire. There is a 20% service charge for picking up groceries, refreshments and incidentals. If you have special needs, let us know and we can in almost all instances be of assistance.
